At Étalon, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original Étalon box and securely seal the package using the adhesive strip provided to ensure the garments are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized courier location; once our atelier receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
